This March, Diana El Jeiroudi joins the Ice & Fire documentary workshop as a mentor, working alongside editor Anne Fabini and head of studies Mikael Opstrup. Now in its fifth edition, Ice & Fire brings together early-stage documentary projects from Finland and Estonia, creating space for exchange and reflection on creative process.

It’s Diana’s first time joining the initiative, bringing both her filmmaking experience and No Nation Films’ international perspective into dialogue with a dynamic regional context. The workshop offers a welcome opportunity to stay connected with emerging voices and the evolving documentary landscape across Europe.
