Diana El Jeiroudi and Orwa Nyrabia are in Beirut in September for AFAC Film Week 2026 (September 6–13, Metropolis Cinema), where Republic of Silence is screened as part of the programme.
Now in its eighth edition and the first since 2019, AFAC Film Week brought together nine films supported by the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture, dedicated to independent Arab cinema.
Diana and Orwa also participate in the Syrian Cinema Days, a series of meetings and exchanges coordinated by AFAC around Syrian film culture and practitioners.
